Gameplay & Investigations

If you need guidance on reading Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) spectrograms or aligning Flight Data Recorder (FDR) telemetry with the causal graph, refer to the in-game Bureau Field Manual.

Audio & Spectrogram Filters

Ensure your device volume is active and silent mode is toggled off. The audio engine uses multiple frequency filters (cockpit ambient, radio comms, mechanical hum) to decode hidden audio cues.

Multiplayer & Bureau Deliberation

Make sure all investigators in the room are connected to the internet and using the same room code. Deliberation rounds synchronize votes across participants in real time.

Purchases & Case Unlocks

Apple App Store and Google Play manage all billing. To restore previously unlocked cases, navigate to in-game Settings and tap Restore Purchases.

Profile reset & Data deletion

All investigation progress is stored locally on your device. To start fresh, you can reset your bureau dossier from the in-game Settings menu, or uninstall the app to erase all stored data.

  • Restart the app if an audio track fails to buffer properly.
  • Include your device model and OS version when reporting technical anomalies.
