Google Play Billing: For Premium subscriptions, we use Google Play's In-App Billing. Payment information is processed by Google Play Store.
No Credit Card Storage: We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

5. Premium Subscription

5.1. Subscription Information

Free Version: 3 AI plant analyses per day, ads included
Premium Version: Unlimited analyses, ad-free experience, exclusive features
Subscription Plans: Monthly and Yearly options available
Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new Premium subscribers

5.2. Subscription Data

We collect and store:

Subscription status (Free/Premium)
Subscription plan and duration
Purchase date and renewal date
Usage statistics for Premium features

5.3. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play Store
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy
After cancellation, you retain Premium features until the end of the billing period

6. Data Security

We protect your data using:

SSL/TLS encryption
Firebase security rules
Regular security updates
Encrypted storage
Limited access controls

However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal information is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7.1. Premium Subscription Data

Premium subscription information (purchase date, subscription status) is retained until you delete your account or your subscription expires. For legal compliance, financial transaction records are archived for 10 years.

7.2. Cache and Temporary Data

To improve app performance, plant images and content are temporarily cached on your device. This data:

Is stored in your device's local storage (not on Firebase or our servers)
Is deleted when the app is updated or cache is cleared
Uses maximum 100 MB of disk space
Does not contain personal information, only general plant images and content

7.3. Plant Finder Data

Lifestyle information you provide for Plant Finder feature (light conditions, experience level, time availability, etc.) is stored encrypted in Firebase Firestore. This data:

Is used solely to provide personalized plant recommendations
Is not shared with third parties
Can be deleted or updated at any time
Access is restricted when your Premium subscription expires, but data is not deleted

8. Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to:

Erasure: Request deletion of your data
